These User Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AURA Fem Health website, app, events, and related services (the "Platform") operated by AURA Fem Health Pte. Ltd. ("AURA," "we," "us"). By creating an account, registering for an event, purchasing a program or session, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Your website login is the same account used in the AURA app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data under PDPA/GDPR and other applicable laws.

1. Who May Use AURA

You confirm you are 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter a contract.

The Platform is a global tele-health/wellbeing service; availability of certain services may vary by location and practitioner licensure.

2. What AURA Provides (and What It Doesn't)

AURA offers: (a) a personalized plan and daily flow, (b) access to practitioners for 1:1 care bundles and retainers, (c) programs (self-paced, coach-supported, or live circles/workshops), (d) events (webinars/workshops).

Not medical care or emergency service. AURA is educational and supportive in nature. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. For emergencies, call your local emergency number immediately. Always follow your clinician's advice.

Practitioners on AURA act as independent providers, not AURA employees or agents.

3. Accounts, Security & Privacy

Your web and app logins are one shared account. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

We use passwordless options (e.g., magic link/OTP). We may send transactional and service emails (e.g., confirmations, reminders).

We handle your data per our Privacy Policy (PDPA/GDPR-aligned). You may request access, correction, or deletion where available by law.

4. Personalized Plan & Daily Flow

After the assessment, you receive a Personalized Letter, root-cause view, supportive practices, and a Daily Flow with reminders.

You can edit your Daily Flow anytime (e.g., swap practices, change times, pause items).

Your core plan is based on your assessment and does not auto-regenerate, but a practitioner can refresh/evolve it with you.

5. Recommendations (Practitioners & Programs)

We may suggest practitioners and programs using fuzzy-logic matching (patterns in your assessment vs. provider/program metadata).

Recommendations are suggestions, not prescriptions. You can browse all options and choose what fits you. A practitioner will confirm fit at the start of care.

6. Programs & Events

Programs. Program pages indicate format (self-paced, coach-supported, live circle), duration, and price.

Events. Most are free or low-cost; registering creates an RSVP and you'll receive join links and calendar files (ICS). Replays are typically available for a limited time.

7. 1:1 Care, Scheduling, and Messages

Popular option: 3-session bundle (typically USD 240 total), with between-session messaging, habit/symptom tracking, and plan updates.

Sessions are delivered online (e.g., Zoom). You will receive confirmations, reminders, and calendar invites.

Messaging is for guidance, not emergencies. Practitioners set response windows and office hours.

8. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices are shown at checkout in USD unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes displayed at checkout.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Sessions (1:1):

  • You may reschedule with ≥24 hours' notice. Late cancellations/no-shows may be forfeited.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued.

Programs:

  • Self-paced: no refunds once substantial content is accessed.
  • Coach-supported / live circles: see the program's specific policy at checkout.

Events:

  • Free events: cancel anytime.
  • Paid events: refunds usually available before the event starts; see the event page.

We aim to be fair to both you and the practitioner when reviewing requests.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform, interfere with other users, or attempt to access non-public areas.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Record or share sessions or course materials without permission.
  • Use AURA for medical emergencies or to seek urgent care.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

11. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., messages, notes), subject to our Privacy Policy.

You grant AURA a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content to operate the Platform (e.g., display in your app, support sessions, provide reminders) and to create anonymized/aggregated data for product improvement.

12. Intellectual Property (AURA & Practitioners)

The Platform, software, and AURA content are protected by IP laws.

Practitioner course materials and guidance are the practitioner's IP; personal use only. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.

13. Data Protection & Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data (e.g., encryption in transit, role-based access).

Do not download or share your health information outside the Platform except for your personal records or with trusted clinicians.

Report suspected breaches to solutions@aurafemhealth.com.

14. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., video conferencing, payments, email, analytics). Your use of those tools may be subject to their terms; we are not responsible for their services.

15. Disclaimers

No warranties. The Platform and content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Outcomes vary. We do not guarantee results from any plan, program, event, or practitioner.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Platform is limited to the greater of USD $200 or the amounts you paid (if any) in the 3 months before the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AURA and our officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our sole negligence or willful misconduct.

18. Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may update these Terms and will post the "Last Updated" date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, legal requirements, or risk to users. You may stop using the Platform at any time and can request account deletion subject to our retention obligations.

19. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Communications & Consent

By using the Platform, you consent to receive transactional communications (e.g., confirmations, reminders).

You may opt-out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links.

We may send service messages related to safety, terms, or privacy even if you opt out of marketing.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Program/Event Policies, and any supplemental terms presented at purchase or registration, constitute the entire agreement between you and AURA and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
